Air Conditioning Repair & Service

Some of us address service needs before they become a problem and some of us don’t! Despite only using your AC system for just a few months a year these systems still need routine maintenance to stay reliable, efficient and sanitary. Routine maintenance requires cleaning or replacing the air filters, cleaning and rinsing the indoor and outdoor coils and cleaning and clearing the condensate pan and piping.

Because we have such a large service department, we can handle most emergencies the same day. We understand that in inclement weather, we need to be here for you when you need us most. Our trained air conditioning technicians can assist with almost any cooling emergency. We work on residential central air, commercial roof tops and ductless mini-splits.

At some point, you are undoubtedly going to encounter operational problems with your air conditioning system. No mechanical system can ever be 100% problem free, and your air conditioner is operating under a lot of strain. As soon as you have reason to suspect that there is a problem with your system, schedule air conditioning repairs with a member of our staff.

Angelina C. from South Portland, Maine says:

“I wanted to make sure that your two install technicians are recognized for the excellent service they recently provided when installing a new heat pump system in my home.

They were:

  • Compassionate (always aware of my two elderly cats and minimizing trauma to them)
  • Considerate (wearing shoe covers so they wouldn’t track snow, etc. on my floors)
  • Knowledgeable (answering all of my questions)
  • Patient (when I kept interrupting with all of my questions!)
  • Polite (asking first and not assuming)
  • Tidy (cleaning up at the end of each day)
  • Tolerant (overlooking my eccentricities and honoring my requests)

Thank you to both to both of them for their hard work and excellent service.”
